COOKIE POLICY
Last updated: 16 October 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. This page explains which ones we use and how you can control them.
Necessary
These make the website work and do not need your consent. They stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
| Name | Type | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| pv_lang | Local storage | Remembers your language | Until you clear it |
| pv_consent | Local storage | Remembers your cookie choice | 12 months |
Analytics (only with your consent)
Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they come from. Microsoft Clarity shows us how pages are used, such as where people click and how far they scroll, without identifying you; it hides the text of the pages and everything you type in the contact form. Both stay off until you accept analytics.
| Name | Provider | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes visitors | 2 years | |
| _ga_<ID> | Keeps the session state | 2 years | |
| _clck | Microsoft Clarity | Recognises a returning browser | 1 year |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Joins the pages of one visit | 1 day |
Clarity may also set cookies on Microsoft's own domains (CLID, MUID, MR, SM, ANONCHK). We do not allow Clarity's data to be used for Microsoft's advertising.
Providers: Google LLC (Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK) and Microsoft Corporation. They may process this data outside Thailand and the European Union, including in the United States, under their standard contractual clauses. See Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement.
Marketing (only with your consent)
The Meta Pixel measures our ads on Facebook and Instagram: whether someone who saw an ad visited the website or sent an enquiry. It also lets us show our ads to people who have visited the website. We never send Meta your name, email or message. If we advertise on Google, the same consent lets Google Analytics share signals with Google Ads to measure those ads. All of this stays off until you accept marketing.
| Name | Provider | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta | Distinguishes browsers to measure ads | 3 months |
| fr | Meta (facebook.com) | Delivers and measures ads | 3 months |
| _gcl_au | Measures Google ads, if we run them | 3 months |
Provider: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK). Meta may process this data outside Thailand and the European Union, including in the United States, under its standard contractual clauses. See Meta's privacy policy.
Your choice
When you first visit, you can accept or reject everything, or choose analytics and marketing one by one in "Settings". You can change your mind or withdraw your consent at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; we then switch the tools off and delete their cookies. Rejecting does not affect how the website works. The same rules apply to every visitor, wherever you are. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
Other connections
The contact form sends your message through Formspree, as our Privacy Policy explains.
